We say goodbye to Zircle.

As 16.11.2022 we will discontinue the Zircle webshop. We want to thank you very much for your trust in us and our service. Fortunately, this isn't the end of our joint journey. You can continue to find amazing pre-owned treasures on Zalando.

Is there an alternative for Zalando Zircle?

Yes, we are happy to continue extending the life of fashion together with you. Check out Zalando Pre-owned where you can find like new second hand items and enjoy the convenience you know and love from Zircle.

Can I still order at Zircle?

You will be able to place new orders until the 16.11.2022 on Zircle. Those order will be processed as usual - nothing to worry about.

What happens with my open order?

All open orders will be delivered as you are used to. Also the return period remains the same.

Can I return unwanted items?

Nothing has changed. The return period remains the same, so you can still return any unwanted items.

What happens to my Zircle account?

You can still login to Zircle Webshop and use your Zircle dashboard until 16.11.2022. After that, your Zircle account will no longer be accessible. Your Zalando and/or Zalando Lounge accounts will remain unaffected.

What happens to my data?

We value the security of your data and privacy. To understand how your data is handled, please read our privacy policy. If you would like to request or delete your data, please contact our customer service at service@zircle.de. Our colleagues will be happy to help.

What happens if my order is defect?

In order to process a complaint as quickly and easily as possible, please have your order number ready and contact our customer service with a brief description and pictures of the defect or fault.

How can I log in to Zalando. Can I use my Zircle login credentials?

Yes, you can use your Zircle account credentials to log in on Zalando and/or Zalando Lounge as well.
